# Paul Chambers: Experience, Projects and Offerings ### Canonical Reference > **Private working document** for AI-assisted research, revenue analysis and job applications. > > Created 10/27/2026, this document's purpose is opportunity enablement: help Paul win clients and find a job. It aims to be comprehensive, not selective: Paul's own account of his work is authoritative for his experience and is included in full. Sources and dates are pointers for digging deeper, not admission requirements. Genuine source conflicts are kept in a short notes section (§13) instead of slowing the material down. --- ## Contents 1. [How to use this document](#1-how-to-use-this-document) 2. How to use this document Everything Paul reports about his own work is included as his experience. Accomplishments and metrics in this document are Paul's own account unless a line names an independent artifact (a live site, an invoice, a contract date). Nobody should read that framing as doubt: it exists so a future AI knows where to dig deeper, not to filter content out. ### Privacy This document is private. Privacy classifications travel with the facts: items marked **"needs permission"**, **"anonymize"** or **"internal only"** may be used here for analysis but must not leave this document into any public or customer-facing surface. - Tracker Products is never named publicly: *"B2G SaaS, evidence management software for law enforcement agencies (client confidential)"* is the approved phrasing. - Property-management history (2006-2020) is biography-only outside property-manager audiences and stays out of Paul's AI content entirely. - The Practical Prompting name never appears on customer-facing surfaces (Paul, 2026-10-14). ### Authority This document grants **no outreach, application-submission or publication authority**. Only Paul sets application statuses; nothing is submitted or sent without his explicit per-case approval of recipient and words. ### Usage - **For job applications:** start from the dossier and approved resume (§12), apply every positioning rule (§8), and use the standing form answers (§9). - **For revenue research:** use the project inventory (§5) and capability clusters (§7) as the spine for finding connections. When this document conflicts with a newer direct statement from Paul, Paul's statement wins and the document should be updated. --- ## 2. All accomplishments and metrics below are Paul's own account, included in full. ### Founder, full/REFIT **Los Angeles (remote) · Dec 2025-present** - Fractional AI and automation practice for companies between USD 1M and USD 10M in revenue; diagnostic engagements that test AI feasibility against real workflows and data before recommending builds. - Runs daily operations on a multi-agent system (Claude Code, Codex) with a custom skill library (counts differ by source and date: 80+ per the toast resume, 100+ per the Oct 13 resume gdoc, 107 per paulchambers.co; use the live site's current numbers with an as-of date). - The Oct 13 resume gdoc dates full/REFIT "2023-present"; Paul says the business has operated since 2023 under the Practical Prompting name (2026-09-30). The approved Oct 20 variant says Dec 2025. Applications use the approved variant; the 2023 line refers to the Practical Prompting era. Open for Paul to unify (§13). ### Marketing & AI Strategy Partner, B2G evidence-management SaaS (client confidential) **Remote · Jan 2025-Mar 2026** - Embedded engagement through Practical Prompting LLC. Paul describes it as fully embedded: sole owner of the company's marketing plus the AI systems behind it, and the only third-party vendor ever invited to the client's annual company retreat (Cincinnati). - Fourteen months; Paul confirmed the Jan 2025-Mar 2026 arithmetic on 2026-10-09, and a signed Strategy & Marketing Agreement dated 01/10/25 exists per the July offering document's source index. The July document's case note says "Apr 2025 onward"; Paul's own words plus the contract date win: Jan 2025. - **Engagement value:** USD 2,500/week over 14 months, approximately USD 140K-152K total, confirmed by Paul 2026-07-01. An earlier USD 42K figure was erroneous and is superseded. Public use of any client-attached dollar figure still needs Paul's OK. **Highlights:** - Built the company's first marketing function, reporting weekly to the CEO - Led an 18-page website rebuild with a development partner (Aug 2025) plus three campaign landing pages - Produced a 54-objection rebuttal library, competitor profiles, a legislation-driven compliance email campaign, webinars and a company podcast - Built an n8n sales-call analysis pipeline (Gemini, Airtable) delivering weekly coaching and competitive reports to sales leadership - Built a RAG knowledge base (Supabase, pgvector, 200+ documents) with cited answers - Wrote the employee Gemini guide and AI rollout plan - Designed a 24-document knowledge transfer for an incoming Marketing Director - Created "Facts First" AI content standards - Launched the company's first paid campaigns, with LinkedIn ABM at 1.65% CTR against a 0.5-1.0% industry benchmark, producing 27 qualified leads through Jan 2026 - Directed the SEO program to the #2 ranking for "evidence management software" ### Founder, Practical Prompting **Los Angeles · Aug 2024-Mar 2026** - AI consulting practice for professionals and small businesses: structured prompt frameworks and workflow-specific AI systems. The business existed since 2023 under this name per Paul; the resume starts Aug 2024 (§13). - Productized offer of this era: the ContentScale AI Blueprint at USD 1,997, sold repeatably (roughly 8-10 buyers per the July offering document; the paid-vs-comped ledger is not consolidated). Invoice #1012 (USD 1,997, Billy Taylor) is the documented example; primary sources live in Dropbox client folders. ### Partner, Director of Growth, Uncomn Projects **West Hollywood / Culver City · Jul 2020-Aug 2024** - Brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market for real estate development clients; data-driven Consumer Insight Reports. - **Metrics (Paul's account):** - Agency revenue +35% YoY - Client base +28% - Negotiated and closed 217+ contracts - Quarterly targets exceeded by 22% - Generative-AI integration lifting lead generation +40% and cutting sales-cycle time 25% - HubSpot workflow optimization adding 25% sales efficiency - Named accounts and ACV dollar figures do not appear in the approved materials; they are simply not recorded there. - A Codex research snapshot puts the tenure at about two years; the resume and dossier carry Jul 2020-Aug 2024, and the dossier instructs: keep the resume dates until Paul says otherwise (§13). ### Earlier career **2006-2020** - General Manager and Business Manager of upscale high-rise apartment communities (185 to 536 units), multi-site operations; led teams of 15+, budgets and P&L. Rolled out the Mobile Doorman resident app when it first launched. - **Public use:** biography-only outside property-manager audiences; Paul keeps property management out of his AI content entirely. In job applications it appears as a one-line fact only (dossier positioning rule). ### Education and certifications - **Ball State University**, Bachelor's, Organizational Communications. - **Certified California Residential Manager (CCRM)**, California Apartment Association: listed on the Oct 13 resume gdoc; the dossier positioning rule says omit it from applications. Retained here as biography. --- ## 4. Flagship build portfolio (six builds, Paul-curated) > **Source:** Paul-authored Flagship Build Portfolio Brief (Dropbox `1-full-REFIT-db/founder-context/fullrefit-build-portfolio-brief.md`, filesystem-verified 2026-06-07), carried here via the July offering document, which read it in full. Paul designates these six builds as the most important current proof of capability; the brief wins any conflict on build facts. ### B-1 · Tracker Products Knowledge Base *"Tracker Nexus": War Room chat, Knowledge Factory ingestion, Ops Manual* - For the B2G evidence-management client (never named publicly). - Next.js, Supabase (Postgres+Auth+RLS), Netlify. - Delivered; survived the full engagement of daily use. - **Proves** Paul can build production knowledge systems a real team uses daily, not a demo. - **Content angles:** knowledge management for growing companies; capturing what is in people's heads before they leave; building AI systems a non-technical team actually uses; the architecture decisions. ### B-2 · Tracker Sales Call Analyzer - Same client. - n8n, Airtable, Pinecone RAG, Claude API. - Delivered; about 50 fix/debug docs in the repo, an honest signal of what production AI work looks like. - **Proves** Paul can build operational automation that touches real revenue processes and surfaces intelligence the team could not see before. - **Content angles:** why sales visibility is the real problem at this scale; what AI finds in sales calls that humans miss; the reality of building automation. ### B-3 · The Contractor's Wife *Voice-first PWA* - Built for Mac Chambers (brother, general contractor), now a product. - Next.js, Supabase, Deepgram, Claude API, Google Calendar API, PWA. - Live at thecontractorswife.app in daily real-world use; monetization not switched on. - **Proves** Paul can take a conversation with a non-technical person, extract a detailed spec, and build a production app from it: voice-first AI for people who don't type. - Confirmed live on paulchambers.co (2026-10-27). ### B-4 · Open Brain *AI memory layer* - Paul's internal tool, open-sourced. - Supabase (Postgres+pgvector), MCP server, Edge Functions, Slack capture. - Live and used daily, with native Claude integration via MCP; also productized once for Nate B. Jones (P-15). - **Proves** infrastructure-grade personal AI memory, not a demo. - Confirmed on paulchambers.co (2026-10-27). ### B-5 · Tab Squirrel - Own product (tabsquirrel.com). - React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Supabase, Chrome MV3, Vercel monorepo. - Complete SaaS built end-to-end: extension, web app, marketing site, auth, deployment. tabsquirrel.com is live today with a free tier and working signup (checked 2026-10-27); no Chrome Web Store listing was found in the searches run that day, so the store launch is unconfirmed. - **Proves** Paul can build and ship a complete SaaS for his own itch, not just clients'. ### B-6 · 1Password Environment System - Paul's internal tooling. - 1Password CLI, shell scripts, env templates, Touch ID auth. - In use across all projects. - **Proves** security and developer-experience thinking at the infrastructure level. - Confirmed on paulchambers.co (2026-10-27). ### Additional live builds on paulchambers.co *Checked 2026-10-27* - **AI Architects Roundtable Recap Engine:** Zoom webhooks to n8n to named transcripts to LLM recaps to a GitHub/Vercel public archive (ai-architects-roundtable-call-recap.vercel.app) - **Process Cost Audit:** deterministic client-side audit tool, free - **URLab:** 37 link-transformation tricks (urlab-app.vercel.app) **Site counters as of 2026-10-27:** | Shipped Products | Claude Skills | AI Agents | MCP Servers | |:---:|:---:|:---:|:---:| | 12 | 107 | 6 | 23+ | --- ## 5. Offer ladder and pricing (current vs historical) ### Live on fullrefit.com today *Checked 2026-10-27* | Offer | Price | Terms | |---|---|---| | **AI Reality Check** | USD 5,000 | Five business days, fixed scope and price | | **Fractional Retainer** | USD 10-12K/month | 3-month minimum | | **Board Brief** | USD 2,500 standalone | Free with a retainer | | **Directing AI** | USD 997 | Four weeks live, 12 seats | > **Note on Directing AI:** the founder-context README (audited 2026-08-13) says the cohort was killed 2026-08-05 with zero paid buyers and must never appear as live, yet the page is live today with a past start date ("Starts Aug 19, 2026") and the USD 997 founding rate published (checked 2026-10-27). Stale page or revived offer; only Paul can say. **Do not market it either way (§13).** ### Governance notes *Founder-context README* - Stale prices survive in old documents; the USD 7,500 AI Reality Check price is superseded by USD 5,000. - The AI Automation Rescue Sprint is USD 2,000 over five business days. - Zapier must never be recommended (Paul does not use it). - The offer ladder is reference pricing, never a scope filter: score opportunities by whether Paul can deliver, not by resemblance to a published offer. ### Offers reported by the July document that are not on the live site | Offer | Price | Note | |---|---|---| | Bottleneck Diagnostic | USD 997 | | | AI Build Day | USD 2,500 | | | Business Idea Validation | USD 297 | | | Operations Kit | USD 197 | Fulfillment broken | | ContentScale AI Blueprint | USD 1,997 | Historical, invoice-backed | | Content Engine Installation | USD 2,500 / 7,500 / 15,000 | Proposal only | Overall price verification is an open item from the founder-context refresh. --- ## 7. Capability clusters (what Paul can credibly deliver) ### Turn expertise into content systems Voice/ICA/strategy extraction into a self-running content engine. - **Evidence:** ContentScale delivered about 8-10 times (Billy Taylor, LuxeWeddingFilms, BTA, Gabriel Newman, Crystal Ninja, Kunal Kochhar). - Not a guaranteed-leads promise; it is a system. ### Turn messy workflows into AI-assisted systems n8n/Make automations for sales-call analysis, outbound SDR, content pipelines, ingestion. - **Evidence:** Tracker Call Analyzer, Chief Latif SDR, D3 social blueprints. - Do not claim client-side installs are maintenance-free. ### Turn scattered knowledge into operating assets RAG knowledge bases plus SOP systems ("Stranger Test", role-based training). - **Evidence:** Tracker Nexus, Nate B. Jones Open Brain. - Content readiness is the real blocker, not code. ### Turn client-acquisition chaos into structured outreach Scorecards, ABM campaigns, SDR, lead routing. - **Evidence:** Tracker ABM, Liability Scorecard, Chief Latif. - Results depend on offer and audience. ### Turn AI curiosity into practical implementation Role-by-role tool configuration, teach-through-doing, operator certification. - **Evidence:** Tracker ops enablement, Joel Haggar "Charlotte" training (proposed), Billy Taylor team training. ### Turn one-off business problems into decision frameworks Bespoke AI-accelerated delivery (Seattle compliance package, funnel intakes, forecasting). - Domain-specific work is anonymized and never implies licensed advice. --- ## 8. Positioning rules (operative constraints for any AI using this document) ### Identity and claims - **Never name the B2G client.** Approved descriptor, verbatim: *"B2G SaaS, evidence management software for law enforcement agencies (client confidential)."* - **Never present Paul as a software engineer.** No invented outcomes, adoption or revenue metrics; unknown outcomes stay unknown. - Property management / multifamily stays out of applications and AI content (one-line fact only where biography is appropriate). Do not use the word "pivot". Omit the CCRM certificate from applications. ### Job criteria - **Comp floor for jobs:** USD 140K base (a range straddling USD 140K is eligible; total comp is not base). - **Remote US only;** California must not be excluded. - **Minimal travel** (two toddlers at home). - **No** dev roles, **no** quota sales roles, **no** Musk-owned or Musk-controlled companies. - **Role-fit signal** (Paul, Slack 2026-10-27): Paul declined a Zapier role on 2026-10-27 and rejects Zapier-type conveyor-belt automation/customer-success environments. That is his interpretation of that environment, not a verified employer fact. The fit signal is judgment plus ownership; this is not a blanket ban on customer-success roles. The job-search tracker is updated separately by the job-search owner. ### Applications - Only Paul sets application statuses; nothing is submitted or sent without his explicit per-case approval of recipient and words. - **Cover-letter rule:** always include one unless the form forbids; 150-220 words; name one experience gap in a single plain sentence after proof, with adjacent evidence as the bridge, no apology language. - *Example bridge (Paul's own):* no FedRAMP experience, but the evidence-management engagement involved government RFP research, procurement processes and government websites. - **Experience-gap standing rule** (Paul, 2026-10-14): name the gap honestly, bridge with the closest real adjacent work, never blur the bridge into a claim of the actual experience. - **LinkedIn:** paulchambersco only. Vercel-gated portfolio links are not used in applications. --- ## 9. Standing form answers (permanent, per dossier §2) | Question | Answer | |---|---| | **US resident** | Yes | | **Visa sponsorship now or future** | No | | **Citizenship wording** (US Citizen vs authorized) | Never stated in Paul's own words; ask once if a form needs the exact word. | | **Restrictions** | No non-compete, non-solicit, confidentiality or post-employment restrictions of any kind. | | **Previously worked at/consulted for GitLab** | No | | **Demographics/self-ID** | Enter only when a form asks; never volunteer. Birth date 1974-02-22 (age 52 as of Oct 2026); use the exact value the form requests. | | **Accessibility adjustments** | Leave blank. | | **Travel** | Can travel for training and rare meetings; wants as little as possible. Ask about employer-paid travel at recruiter screen, not in the application. | --- ## 10. Ideal customer profile (full/REFIT ICA) ### Primary Operators at USD 1M-10M companies: CEOs, Directors of Operations, founders with teams. > **"Marcus":** 44-year-old CEO of a USD 4M company, competent, wants tools that produce work product. **Not:** beginners, team-less solopreneurs, developers, Fortune 500, pre-revenue startups. *Source: ica-and-scoring.md (Drive `1qzKGM1sOVALU2wccvxrOsoI7urbHvCGH`).* ### Two-layer delivery model **Layer 1** systems built plus **Layer 2** team enablement, every engagement. *Sources: fullrefit.com today; July offering document.* ### ICA versions ICA v6 draft exists (2026-10-04, under review) as Drive shortcuts whose targets are not resolvable from this surface. Current operative ICA docs: the v5.0/v3.1 line plus the quick-reference. --- ## 11. Voice, writing and content system pointers - **Canonical voice collection:** the v5.1 human-writing system, physical home `_fullREFIT-canonical-rev-system/human-writing-content-system/pc-canonical-voice_writing-system/` (Dropbox); the operational rulebook is file 10, `10-voice-rules-v5.1_072826.md`. Voice rules v2.3 (May 2026) sit in the older `_founder-context` folder; superseded line. - **Revenue-content engine:** `REVENUE-CONTENT-ENGINE-SSOT_063026.md` (Drive `14V7QHB1kkuG8iSloWr0ukXQyIf8Ed08d`) is the canonical routing spine for the content/revenue system (voice to demand truth to origination to production). --- ## 12. Notes and open items Genuine source conflicts, preserved briefly with their working resolution. None of these block using the material above. | Item | Conflict | Status / working resolution | |---|---|---| | **full/REFIT founding date** | Dec 2025 (approved resume) vs 2023 (Oct 13 resume gdoc) vs operating since 2023 under the Practical Prompting name (Paul, 9/30/26). | Applications use the approved variant; open for Paul to unify. | | **Uncomn tenure** | Jul 2020-Aug 2024 (resumes/dossier) vs about two years (Codex research snapshot). | Working rule: keep the resume dates until Paul says otherwise. Open. | | **B2G engagement start** | Jan 2025 (Paul's words 10/9/26 + contract dated 01/10/25) vs Apr 2025 (July document's case note). | Resolved to Jan 2025; the case note is likely misdated. | | **B2G engagement value** | USD 42K (old recovery figure) vs about USD 140K-152K (Paul-confirmed 7/1/26). | Resolved: the 42K figure was erroneous. Cite "USD 130K+" internally only; public use needs Paul's OK. | | **CCRM certificate** | Listed on one resume, omitted by the positioning rule. | A usage rule, not a factual conflict. | | **Practical Prompting SaaS** | Billing live 5/4/26 (July document) vs backend dead, sign-in fails (site audit 10/9/26). | Treat as non-operational until re-verified; name banned publicly regardless. | | **Directing AI** | Page live on fullrefit.com today with a past start date (Aug 19, 2026) and a USD 997 founding rate (checked 2026-10-27) vs founder-context README saying killed 2026-08-05 with zero paid buyers. | Unresolved: stale page or revived offer, only Paul can confirm. Do not market it either way. | | **Tab Squirrel** | "Shipped SaaS" (resume gdoc) vs "built, pre-launch Chrome Web Store" (July document). | Partially resolved 2026-10-27: tabsquirrel.com is live with a free tier and working signup; no Chrome Web Store listing found in that day's searches. Describe as "built, marketing site live, store launch not confirmed". | | **Skill/agent counts** | 80+ vs 100+ vs 107 skills; 23+ MCP servers. | Self-reported counts drifting by date; use the live site's current numbers with an as-of date, or omit. | --- ## 14. The v5.1 voice collection, version tracker and build brief original were not found in the Drive searches run that day (names searched: canonical-rev, rev-system, version-tracker, build-portfolio). **Specific Dropbox primaries cited by the July document:** - Client folders under `_dropbox-level-2/practical-prompting/3. Client Folder/` (Billy Taylor invoice #1012; Deb Jaquith signed agreement 09/09/25; Joel Haggar proposal 11/21/25; BTA, Kunal, GNB, Crystal Ninja, Bright, Nusun, Lumina, Luxe, Kluft, D3, Renzo folders) - Tracker retainer PDFs (Retainer Services Agreement 02/24/25 signed; Strategy & Marketing Agreement 01/10/25) - Build portfolio brief (6/7/26) - Open Brain (about 6,832 thoughts) - Claude Code JSONL archives (about 1,086 files) ### Access notes - The Mac filesystem and Open Brain are not reachable from this agent surface; their content enters via Drive mirrors and the July document. - Zoom/meeting transcripts have never been exhaustively read by any pass. - The pc-context and capabilities-brief Drive folders returned empty listings (likely symlink casualties of the copy). - LinkedIn was not fetched. - The job-search tracker's current state lives with the job-search owner. ### Ruled out as experience evidence *Opened and set aside* - `capabilities-deck_orcava-consulting-cc_092826.pdf` (Orcava Consulting / Nick Sattler deck, not Paul's work) - "Beginners Guide: AI-Powered Portfolio Site with Lovable" (instructional, not evidence) - Hiring-manager research files (research output) - "Our Development Portfolio.pdf" (Uncomn-era artifact, not re-opened; lead only)
